After 40 years of experience, owners Harv and Jean Schoon have brought together a small country store surrounded by beautiful green pastures, with the goal of providing the most nutritious and flavorful food for their customers.

Grass - the most ordinary vegetation on God's earth - holds within it the basic elements required for life. As custodians of this land, we willingly accept our biblical calling to steward the land respectfully and sustainably.
It is in this manner that, when responsibly harvested through the animals, all of the grass' great promise is uncovered. We then sell their products as a reward for our stewardship, all while promoting clean water, healthy soil, a carbon-neutral environment and, most of all, the highest quality nutrition for our communities.
